I had an enjoyable photo session with Mihaela Telecan, who is a Certifies GAPS Practitioner. Her goal is to make food a patient’s medicine and you should check out her website at http://www.healingwithfoods.org. SHe prepared two dishes all made with no sugars and all natural ingredients. First was a desert which was sugarless with cheese and other ingredients. I got to sample it and it was like a bread pudding. Delicious! Then, she made a kale and frozen banana green ice cream.
